Job summary

Accenture in India is hiring for Banking - Credit Lending at Consultant/Analyst/Manager level to solve client challenges across industries. You will work with exceptional people, the latest technology, and leading global banks on transformation programs.

As part of the Banking practice within Strategy & Consulting Global Network, you will lead workshops, conduct analyses, and develop insights to shape new business models. Located in Gurgaon, Bangalore or Mumbai with 4–15 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Available at 4-15 years experience in consulting
• Ability to lead client workshops and engage with stakeholders
• Strong analytical and writing skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Work with clients on complex problems and leverage domain knowledge with consulting skills to help achieve goals.
• Conduct analyses to determine the best path for solving business problems, including process improvement and systems enhancement.
• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys to analyse processes, draw conclusions, and prepare final reports.
• Interface with cross-functional client teams to perform project management activities and support leaders in pitches.
• Support asset development and contribute to thought leadership and capability development.

• Support asset development contribute to thought leadership, staffing, and capability development.
