Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking an Analyst/Consultant in its Banking Operations Excellence practice. Based in major Indian hubs, you will work with global clients to transform operations, assess current state processes, and design target operating models leveraging analytics and technology.

The role requires 3–8 years in banking/financial services, MBA or equivalent, and strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent from a reputed B-School.
• 3-8 years of experience in banking/financial services consulting.
• Experience in Banking operations (middle-office and back-office).
• Knowledge of process reengineering, process modelling, or process mining beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand complex banking problems and help them achieve goals.
• Conduct analysis to identify the best path for solving business problems, including process improvements and systems enhancements.
• Gather facts via interviews and surveys to map client processes and prepare final reports and presentations.
• Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions and assist in plan implementation.

• 3-8 years of work experience in top strategy, management, technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services company
• Experience in Banking operations (middle-office and back-office processes across retail banking, corporate banking, wealth management businesses)
• Experience in performing current state assessment of operational processes and develop target state operating model and processes
• Experienced in business process reengineering, process modelling and process mining
• Experience of agile learning projects in a fast-paced environment
