Job summary

Assystem in India is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive our recruitment strategy across energy, engineering, EPC and infrastructure sectors. You will oversee end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level and leadership roles, build a strong talent pipeline, mentor the TA team and partner with business leaders to meet workforce needs with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
• 18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience leading talent acquisition functions and developing recruitment strategies.
• Strong experience in mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong team leadership and people management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, with a focus on mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through direct sourcing, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Drive recruitment for critical and niche positions within defined timelines.
• Strengthen stakeholder relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and overall recruitment effectiveness.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team.
• Strengthen employer branding and enhance the organization's talent attraction strategy.
• Leverage ATS and other recruitment technologies to streamline hiring processes, track candidates, and improve recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and hiring outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead and drive the organization's talent acquisition strategy, will be responsible for developing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring the timely acquisition of quality talent across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• 18+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Energy, Engineering, EPC, or Infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience in leading talent acquisition functions and developing recruitment strategies.
• Strong experience in mid-to-senior-level and leadership hiring.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong team leadership and people management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment requirements and deliver results within defined timelines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
