Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Bengaluru seeks a Lean & Time Management Expert to drive MTM, time management, ergonomics, lean manufacturing and versatility across GSC International sites.

You will lead Time Studies, standard time setting and workflow optimization to boost labor productivity and overall supply chain performance. This role requires 8+ years of experience and a proven ability to deploy digital tools and multi-site programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Lean, MTM and time management domains.
• Experience across manufacturing and logistics sites.
• Proven track record in Kaizen, continuous improvement and time analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deploy MTM, Time Management and Ergonomics across sites.
• Conduct Time Studies and Standard Time analyses to improve productivity.
• Optimize process design, line design, capacity and workflow.
• Develop and maintain Standard Time databases for efficiency measurement.
• Lead Kaizen events, Lean workshops and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive labor productivity and efficiency through time analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Time Management, Ergonomics and Lean Line Design.
• Develop competencies in Time Management, Ergonomics and productivity.
• Establish Multi-Skilling and Versatility programs for workforce flexibility.
• Support improvements related to Safety, Quality and Delivery.
• Lead Lean diagnosis, DMAIC and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Digital / Smart tools related to Time Management and Workforce Management.
• Participate in capacity planning, investment decisions and cost analysis.
• Lead improvement projects across multi-site operations.
• Train and mentor teams on Lean and productivity improvements.

General Manager - Lean & Time Management Expert

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lean & Time Management Expert to drive MTM, Time Management, Ergonomics, Lean Manufacturing and Versatility methodologies across GSC International sites.

The role will focus on improving labor productivity, process efficiency, standard time, workforce utilization and overall Supply Chain performance through structured Lean initiatives, Kaizen projects and time analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and sustain MTM (Methods-Time Measurement), Time Management and Ergonomics methodologies across multiple manufacturing and logistics sites.
• Conduct Time Studies, Work Measurement and Standard Time analysis to improve labor productivity and process efficiency.
• Optimize process design, line design, capacity, manpower and workflow.
• Develop and maintain reliable Standard Time / Time Databases for efficiency measurement and cost calculation.
• Lead Kaizen events, Lean workshops and continuous improvement projects.
• Drive labor productivity and efficiency improvement through time analysis and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with Company's standards covering Time Management, Ergonomics and Lean Line Design.
• Develop Time Management, Ergonomics, Lean and Continuous Improvement competencies across manufacturing and logistics teams.
• Establish and improve Multi-Skilling and Versatility processes to enhance workforce flexibility and productivity.
• Support improvement initiatives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency.
• Lead and support Lean diagnosis, DMAIC and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Deploy and promote Digital / Smart tools related to Time Management, Ergonomics and Workforce Management.
• Participate in capacity planning, investment decisions, cost analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Lead improvement projects across GSC International / multiple sites.
• Train, coach and mentor teams on Lean, Time Management, Ergonomics and productivity improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and senior process owners to achieve performance targets.
