Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of relevant experience in fleet and equipment operations.
• Proven track record of managing a fleet of at least 75+ vehicles.
• Experience in monitoring performance and efficiency.

• Manage fleet operations including deployment, routing, and maintenance.

Overview

Managing Fleet of Vehicles / Plant & Machinery / Equipment used in Road Construction

Vehicles / P&M include : HYVA / Tippers, Trailor / Truck, Tractor, JCB / Back-hoe loaders, Wheel Loader, Excavator, Paver, Grader, Tandem Roller, Soil Compactor

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of fleet operations including deployment, routing, utilization, repairs and maintenance (scheduled & preventive)
• Monitor performance, uptime, and fuel efficiency of vehicles/equipment
• Build and manage an internal workshop team including mechanics, operators and service technicians

Qualifications

• Experienced Required :-
• 15–20+ years of relevant experience in fleet, Plant & Machinery, equipment operations and managing company owned fleet (at least 75+ vehicles) across multiple locations.
