Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in financial modelling, valuation, investment analysis, and corporate finance.
• Proven experience in M&A transactions, deal structuring, due diligence, negotiation, and transaction execution.
• Experience in post-merger integration and synergy realization.
• Strong understanding of hospital business models, healthcare industry dynamics, and regulatory frameworks.
