Job summary

Apex Group invites a skilled Client Operations professional to join our Bermuda-based team, handling daily operations that affect client services and satisfaction. You will support onboarding, data requests, and report generation while ensuring timely resolution of issues.

The role emphasizes collaboration with data vendors and administrators, continuous improvement of production processes, and strong communication to deliver reliable service to clients globally.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of Fund Compliance, Regulatory Reporting or Investment Risk.
• Basic understanding of asset classes – F&O, Fwds, OTCs, Swaps, Structured products.
• Desirable experience with Bloomberg and/or other market data platforms.
• Desirable previous exposure to Client Service roles.
• Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
• Dedication to work as team and deliver timely results.
• Candidates should be flexible to work in shifts if required.

Responsibilities

• Production Oversight and issue resolution.
• Monitor and directly resolve production issues.
• Curation of Asset Master data warehouse.
• Collaborate with data vendors and administrators.
• Continuous improvement of production documentation and procedures.
• Client liaison and onboarding support; data requests and report generation.
• Support clients and partners in resolving technical or process-related queries.

Client Operations

is responsible for managing the daily operations that directly affect client services and satisfaction. This function involves providing client support, ensuring the seamless delivery of products and services, addressing any issues that may arise, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to performing and coordinating a variety of administrative duties and tasks including:

• Production Oversight

• Monitoring and directly resolving production issues.
• Curation of Asset Master data warehouse.
• Collaborate with counterparties such data vendors and administrators.
• Continuous improvement of documentation related to production processes and procedures.
• Client liaison
• Engage regularly with clients for onboarding, data requests and report generation.
• Support clients and partners resolve technical or process-related queries.
