Job summary

FlexBoard is seeking a Risk and Compliance Policy Officer to partner with the Chief Risk Office and Global Compliance teams. You will help develop the firm-wide policy program, identify emerging risks, and elevate regulatory findings to Senior Management.

The role requires deep understanding of financial, technology, and media regulations and a proactive approach to policy improvement. You will draft clear policy documents, coordinate with stakeholders across risk, compliance, and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Policy Development, Training, and Risk Management.
• Strong knowledge of regulations affecting financial, technology, and media industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of risk management, internal controls, and root cause analysis.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration across partners.

What's The Role

As the Risk and Compliance Policy Officer, you will work with the Chief Risk Office and Global Compliance teams, as reputed company as key business and risk stakeholders. You ll Need To Have

• Bachelor s degree in Finance, Law, Business or reputed company field
