Job summary

Siemens India, part of the India, ASEAN & Africa (IAA) region, seeks a Product Manager to drive the SINOVA Contactors, Overload Relays, and MPCB portfolio within the Electrical Products Business Unit.

You will own business performance, define roadmaps, pricing, and lifecycle strategies, and collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Quality to deliver innovative solutions that grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management and PLM.
• Knowledge of Low Voltage Electrical Products, esp. contactors, overload relays, MPCBs.
• Experience in launches, pricing, business planning, market analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-centric mindset with good communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the business performance, sales, profitability, and growth of the product portfolio.
• Define and execute product roadmaps and lifecycle management strategies.
• Lead new product introductions, product positioning, pricing, and competitive benchmarking.
• Identify market opportunities, product gaps, and customer needs to drive portfolio expansion.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Quality teams to successfully develop and launch products.
• Develop business plans, sales enablement tools, and marketing collateral to support market growth.
• Deliver product training and support to Sales and Service teams.
• Maintain product data in SAP and coordinate with factories on production planning and product ramp-ups.
