Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Planning & Optimization
- Develop and maintaindemand forecastsfor assigned product categories, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
- Manageinventory levels and replenishment strategiesto meet service level targets while minimizing excess or obsolete stock.
- Identify opportunities tostreamline procurement processes, reduce lead times, and improve supply chain visibility.
- Analyze historical data, monitor KPIs, and recommendprocess improvementsto enhance planning accuracy and efficiency.
Procurement & Materials Management
- Create and managepurchase ordersfor direct and indirect materials, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with suppliers toexpedite or reschedule ordersbased on changes in demand or supply.
- Maintainmaterial master datain ERP systems, including item descriptions, lead times, and pricing.
- Supportsupplier onboarding, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Serve as the primaryprocurement contactfor assigned suppliers, building strong partnerships.
- Negotiatepricing, terms, and service level agreementsto achieve the best commercial outcomes for Revvity.
- Collaborate with suppliers tomitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensivesupplier performance data and scorecards.
Global Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate planning, procurement, and materials management activities across Revvity'sglobal network of manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and commercial affiliates.
- Providevisibility and reportingon supply chain KPIs, inventory status, and procurement performance.
- Support the development ofstrategic sourcing strategiesand category management plans.
- Contribute to the implementation ofdigital transformation initiatives, leveraging tools like SAP, Power BI, and advanced analytics.
Professional Development
- Stay up-to-date onindustry trends, best practices, and emerging technologiesin supply chain management.
- Participate incontinuous learning and training programsto enhance technical and leadership skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and share knowledge to driveoperational excellenceacross Revvity.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree inSupply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field.
- Master's degree in Supply Chain or MBApreferred.
Experience
- 5-8 yearsof experience in aBuyer, Planner, or Procurementrole, preferably in a global, multi-site environment.
- Proven track record ofdriving supply chain optimization and process improvements.
- Experience in thelife sciences, diagnostics, or medical deviceindustry is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
- Proficient inSAP ERP(or equivalent ERP system) for procurement, materials management, and reporting.
- Skilled indata analysis, forecasting, and KPI managementusing tools like Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
- Understanding ofsupply chain planning methodologies(e.g., MRP, S&OP, Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity withdigital supply chain technologies(e.g., automation, AI/ML, IoT) is a plus.
