Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Internship or project experience in data analysis is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems including SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other enterprise sources.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of operational dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Monitor key metrics across supply chain, order fulfillment, inventory, and customer service.
  • Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for business stakeholders across Revvity's global operations.
  • Assist in documenting and mapping order fulfillment and supply chain processes aligned with Revvity's operational standards.
  • Support process improvement initiatives across Customer Care, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and help identify corrective actions.
  • Maintain data accuracy across reporting systems and databases.
  • Support SAP data extraction, validation, and reporting activities.

Position Summary

  • The Data Analyst, Customer Operations will support data-driven decision-making across Revvity's Order Fulfillment, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Care functions. This role will collect, analyze, and visualize operational data to improve service levels, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction — contributing directly to Revvity's mission of delivering innovative solutions that accelerate human health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple business systems including SAP ECC / S/4HANA and other enterprise sources.

  • Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Customer Service, and Manufacturing teams across Revvity's global network.
  • Support ongoing transformation and digitalization projects aligned with Revvity's strategic priorities.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide analytical support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, analytics tools, and best practices in life sciences and diagnostics operations.
  • Learn emerging technologies including AI, automation, and advanced analytics as part of Revvity's digital transformation journey.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Mathematics , or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Operations.
  • Internship or project experience in data analysis preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Basic SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA knowledge preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills — Pivot Tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
  • Exposure to Power BI, Tableau , or other visualization tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
