Job summary

JPMorganChase in Bengaluru is seeking an Advisor Support Analyst to partner with Private Bank Advisors, providing end-to-end high-touch support across client onboarding and servicing.

You will coordinate across banking and investment activities, manage account openings, fees, reporting, and presentations for Advisors and leadership. Strong asset-class knowledge and stakeholder skills are essential.

Qualifications

• University degree (MBA/CFA/CFP) and/or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset classes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality output under time constraints.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment; team leadership/coordination experience strongly valued.

Responsibilities

• Have Strong knowledge of Asset Classes and funds offered through JPM and their strategies to match client goals.
• Support Advisors across the full client lifecycle from lead generation to onboarding and servicing.
• Provide integrated support across client touchpoints, coordinating banking and investment activities.
• Assist with account opening processes, documentation readiness, and fee management.
• Facilitate account maintenance and service requests with timely follow-up.
• Support investment workflow execution including mandate creation and updates.
• Assist with onboarding requirements such as ISDA/Dodd-Frank documentation.
• Produce periodic and ad hoc reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as a key operational partner to Advisors with exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail.
• Resolve exceptions and transactional issues to completion.
• Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and meeting content for Advisors and leadership; produce management reporting.

As an Advisor Support Analyst in the Global Private Bank Advisor Support team, you will provide end-to-end, high-touch support to Private Bank Advisors aligned 1:1 to a specific office.

Job responsibilities:

• Have Strong knowledge of Asset Classes and suites of Funds offered through JPM and their overall strategies which is put to good use to match goals of Clients Investment needs


• Support Advisors across the full client lifecycle, from lead generation and pipeline support through client onboarding and ongoing client servicing.


• Provide integrated support across all client touchpoints, coordinating banking and investment-related activities to ensure seamless execution.


• Assist with account opening processes, documentation readiness, and fee management.


• Facilitate account maintenance and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.


• Support investment workflow execution including mandate creation and updates.


• Assist with onboarding requirements such as ISDA/Dodd-Frank documentation and related investor onboarding processes.


• Produce periodic and ad hoc reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.


• Act as a key operational partner to Advisors, ensuring exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail in client servicing requests.


• Proactively resolve exceptions, open items, and transactional issues to completion.

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

• University degree (MBA/CFA/CFP) and/or minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of Private Bank product offerings and asset classes.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality output under time constraints.


• Demonstrated ability to work in and navigate a matrix environment; team leadership/coordination experience strongly valued.


• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.


• Strong understanding of client management needs, sensitivities, and confidentiality expectations.


• Flexibility to support EMEA/LATAM shifts as required.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Must be flexible to work shifts aligned to EMEA and/or LATAM coverage needs.


• Apply strong asset class knowledge and familiarity with JPMorganChase fund suites and strategies to support client solutioning aligned to client goals.


• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a fundamental understanding of both quantitative and qualitative information.


• Stay current on markets by participating in morning meetings and relevant internal forums, and by reviewing internal and external publications.


• Partner effectively with WM Solutions colleagues and other stakeholders across a matrix organization to develop and implement client solutions.
