Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CA/CFA/CPA/ACCA/MBA (Finance) certifications are preferred.
• Experience in financial services operations and fund servicing is required.

– Exposure to NAV Oversight, Financial Reporting, AML/KYC, Depositary Oversight, or Regulatory Reporting.

– Experience driving automation, process transformation, and operational efficiency initiatives.

– Prior experience mentoring team members or acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

– Experience supporting Depositary Oversight, Trustee Operations, Regulatory Oversight, or Asset Servicing environments.

– Exposure to financial statement review, audit support, regulatory reporting, or control testing activities.

– Strong understanding of risk management, governance, and control frameworks.

– Experience driving process improvement, operational efficiencies, and automation initiatives.

– Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and mentor junior team members.

– Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools.
