Gratitude India Pvt Ltd seeks a senior payroll leader to oversee multi-country EMEA payroll operations, governance and compliance. The role focuses on vendor management and seamless Workday integrations to support accurate, timely payroll across regions.

You will guide reconciliations, handle ServiceNow cases, and drive controls, audits and reporting. This position requires strategic oversight, implementation experience and a commitment to continuous improvement on a global scale.

Formación

• 10+ years in multi-country payroll.
• 5+ years in EMEA payroll leadership.
• Experience with Workday Connector, PECI, PICOF, and ServiceNow.
