• Ensuring compliance with employment tax laws.
• Calculate and process employee wages (hourly, salaried, overtime).
• Run payroll cycles (weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, or monthly).
• Ensure timely and accurate paycheck distribution (via direct deposit or checks).
• Withhold PAYG (Pay As You Go) tax from employee wages.
• Superannuation contributions.
