Job summary

Teamware Solutions in Bangalore is seeking an Associate/Senior Associate for Global Payroll to handle end-to-end Global & US payroll processes. The role requires working the night shift and managing US-based payroll activities.

Immediate to 15 days notice period applies, with 2–5 years for Associate and 5–8 years for Senior Associate. Education should be Bachelor’s/Master’s in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (Global & US).
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll preferred/required.
• Proficient in ServiceNow case/ticket management.
• Knowledge of US multi-state payroll, tax, garnishments, and year-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end Global & US payroll.
• Handle US night shifts as required.
• Manage payroll reconciliations, GL postings, reporting and audits.
• Provide strong stakeholder/vendor management and SLA-driven support.

Role: Global Payroll – Associate / Senior Associate

Location: Bangalore- Work from Office All 5 days

Shift: Night Shift

Notice Period: Immediately to 15 days

Experience:

• Associate: 2–5 years
• Senior Associate: 5–8 years

Key Skills:
