Job summary

Delivery Centric Technologies in Pune is seeking an experienced Application Support professional for the GPP Payment Application. You will work on Mass Pay & HC, with a strong Java/C++ foundation and knowledge of Fundtech Global Pay Plus.

The role requires 4+ years in software development, banking/payment systems exposure, good problem-solving and communication skills, and readiness for on-call and deployment support.

Qualifications

• Graduation in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years in software development and production support.
• Experience with Fundtech Global Pay Plus (GPP MP & HC) payments system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all alerts related to GPP application and system procedures; provide proactive services.
• Perform root cause analysis and debug issues in the Application domain and ensure application availability.
• Coordinate with Client and other vendors to resolve incidents and changes.
• Provide on-call support as required to maintain production stability.
• Support changes and deployment activities in production environments.
• Assist with handling Production incidents and Service Requests.
