Boston Consulting Group in Gurugram, India, is seeking an experienced leader to drive Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations. You will lead a team delivering scalable learning processes, LMS operations, and learner lifecycle management across regions.

Our Global Learning & Development (L&D) Operations function is a key enabler of our firm’s success, ensuring learning programs are delivered with quality, consistency, and scalability across regions and cohorts.
You will lead a team of operations professionals and ensure effective, scalable execution of learning processes, including learner lifecycle management, system integrity, capacity planning, and operational excellence aligned to global L&D priorities.
You will work with global L&D teams, business stakeholders, faculty, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver and continuously improve learning experiences.
