The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with 12-15+ years in manufacturing finance, hands-on SAP experience, strong stakeholder leadership, and a track record of guiding

Qualifications

• CA certification mandatory and valid.
• Extensive experience in manufacturing finance and multi-entity consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of taxation, audits, budgeting and internal controls.
• SAP proficiency mandatory.
• Proven leadership and people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end financial controllership across multiple international entities.
• Overseeing month-end and year-end close, accounting and statutory reporting.
• Managing consolidation of financial statements across global subsidiaries.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and management reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading end-to-end financial controllership across multiple international entities.
• Overseeing financial accounting, month-end and year-end close, and statutory financial reporting.
• Managing consolidation of financial statements across global subsidiaries.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and management reporting.
• Ensuring robust internal controls, compliance, and governance across finance operations.
• Managing direct and indirect taxation, transfer pricing, statutory compliance, and regulatory reporting.
• Leading statutory audits and acting as the key finance stakeholder for external auditors.
• Supporting treasury and banking operations.
• Overseeing plant finance and cost accounting activities.
• Leveraging SAP to strengthen finance processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing finance team.

What We're Looking For

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• 12-15+ years of progressive finance and controllership experience.
• Strong experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple legal entities and financial consolidations.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, taxation, audits, budgeting, and internal controls.
• Mandatory experience working on SAP.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Exposure to global operations or multinational businesses will be an added advantage.
