The WSO Global Operations team supports clients by operating key loans and structured finance processes on their behalf, leveraging S&P Global’s operational expertise, WSO platforms, and standardized controls. We work closely with clients, internal product and technology teams, and other operations groups to ensure seamless delivery and ongoing optimization of outsourced services. The team is collaborative, detail-oriented, and focused on operational excellence and client satisfaction across a truly global footprint.
S&P Global has an opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to handle data maintenance, support, training, reporting, and business analysis activities for clients’ Structured Finance Obligations, including CLOs, CBOs, and Swaps. In this role, you ensure that complex portfolios are accurately represented and serviced, enabling clients to rely on timely, high-quality data for decision-making, risk management, and investor reporting. The position offers direct exposure to portfolio managers, custodians, and agent banks, allowing you to build strong market-facing relationships and deepen your expertise in leveraged finance and structured products.
- Operational exposure supporting client portfolios: Work closely with internal stakeholders who manage client relationships, gaining insight into how leading financial institutions structure and run their loan and structured finance operations, and how WSO Global Operations supports them behind the scenes.
- End-to-end process ownership: Take responsibility for key outsourced workflows—from intake and processing to quality checks and reporting—building strong skills in process design, control, and delivery within WSO Global Operations.
- Opportunities for growth: Develop expertise in outsourcing delivery, operations management, and stakeholder communication, with potential to grow into roles such as Team Lead, Process Owner, or Operations Manager.
- Global mindset and collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across regions, understanding different operating models and requirements, and helping shape scalable, global solutions that support diverse client needs.
- Responsible for managing a team of 8-10 people for Global Activity business with in WSO Operations
- Help source, recruit, and retain top talent
- Understand and communicate career path/progression to each team member
- Ensure the team meets or exceeds internal and external metrics
- Gain Subject Matter expertise on:
- Ensure timely and efficient processing of all new borrowings, increases, rollovers, pay downs, commitment reductions, etc.
- Responsible for accurately processing daily activity, new deal closings, restructures and amendments for all asset types (Loans, Bonds, ABS, Equities, CDS) by reviewing source documentation and faxes from agent banks
- Process trade settlement in WSO Admin based on the information provided by client.
- Process interest, commitment fees and investigate discrepancies when necessary
- Review system generated reports to ensure proper monitoring of the facilities and handle exception items
- Interact with appropriate individuals/entities to gather all pertinent information/details to reflect date accurately in the system
- Create proper controls mechanism within the team to avoid any BAU misses and data breaches
- Handle requests from different departments/clients within an hour turn around
- Complete special projects as assigned

- MBA – Finance /Post Graduate/B.com or equivalent experience
- Finance Major preferred.
- 8+ years of tangible experience managing a team of individual contributors in the financial services industry.
- Experience in Syndicated Lending, Banking, or investment industry experience
- Customer relations experience
- The ideal candidate will need to be detail oriented and task driven with a strong work ethic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Able to contribute on an individual basis and as part of a team.
