Job summary

Flix is seeking a Global Accounting Process Manager to own end-to-end accounting processes and drive global harmonization. You will lead cross-functional teams, optimize processes with RPA and ERP enhancements, and manage a roadmap aligned to KPIs and governance.

Ideal candidates have Big 4 background, multi-country transformation experience, and strong English communication skills to collaborate across SSCs, IT, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields; advanced certs (ACCA/CFA/CPA) are a plus.
• Big 4 experience; Senior Manager level or above preferred.
• Experience delivering multi-country projects or transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or GBS.
• End-to-end accounting knowledge; translate requirements to technical solutions.
• Experience with ERP and finance tech tools; familiarity with RPA/APIs/workflows.
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering in Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global end-to-end accounting process incl. standards, policies, controls.
• Drive global process harmonization across regions, units and SSCs.
• Lead process optimization initiatives incl. native RPA and ERP enhancements.
• Maintain optimization roadmap and prioritize improvement opportunities.
• Define and monitor KPIs, service levels, and performance targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, controls, audit requirements and regs.
• Partner with SSC, IT, country/regional teams, Product Owners, external providers.
• Leverage process mining, analytics, benchmarking to identify inefficiencies.
• Lead change management incl. communication, training, adoption of new processes.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Global Accounting Process Manager (m/f/ d) to join our Global Accounting, Process Excellence Team. In this role, you'll help shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls
• Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres
• Lead process optimization initiatives, including native, robotic and agentive process automation, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements
• Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritize improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives
• Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
• Partner with key stakeholders — including SSC, IT, country and regional teams, Product Owners, and external providers — to optimize end-to-end process performance
• Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and best practices
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field . Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) are a plus .
• Big 4 experience ; Senior Manager level or above is preferr ed
• Experience delivering multi-country projects or transformation initiatives -i nternational assignment or secondment experience in Europe or North America preferred .
• Proven experience in leading Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with ERP systems and finance technology tools; familiarity with process automation (RPA, APIs, workflow tools) is a plus
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment (e.g. , sprint reviews, roadmap planning)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Fluent in English (required), with the ability to operate effectively across global and local teams
