Job summary

Flix is seeking a Finance Process Excellence Manager – Global Accounting to lead and govern end-to-end accounting processes across regions. You will drive process harmonization, optimize workflows, and manage ERP enhancements while ensuring compliance with policies and controls.

You will collaborate with SSC, IT, product, and regional teams in an agile environment, leveraging RPA and analytics to realize value. Strong English skills and Big 4 background are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications (ACCA/CFA/CPA) are a plus.
• Big 4 experience; Senior Manager level or above preferred.
• Experience delivering multi-country transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes and ERP familiarity.
• Experience with ERP systems and finance tech tools; familiarity with RPA, APIs, workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and English fluency across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls.
• Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres.
• Lead process optimization initiatives, including native, robotic and agentive process automation, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements.
• Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritise improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives.
• Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Partner with key stakeholders to optimise end-to-end process performance across SSC, IT, country/regional teams, and external providers.
• Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies and best practices.
• Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies.

We are looking for a motivated and driven Finance Process Excellence Manager – Global Accounting (m/f/d) to join our Global Accounting, Process Excellence Team. In this role, you'll help shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have direct influence on our success.

About the Role

• Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls
• Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field . Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) are a plus .
• Big 4 experience ; Senior Manager level or above is preferr ed
• Experience delivering multi-country projects or transformation initiatives -i nternational assignment or secondment experience in Europe or North America preferred .
• Proven experience in leading Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programs
• Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working with ERP systems and finance technology tools; familiarity with process automation (RPA, APIs, workflow tools) is a plus
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment (e.g. , sprint reviews, roadmap planning)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Fluent in English (required), with the ability to operate effectively across global and local teams
