How you’ll make an impact:
- Perform routine, functional, mechanical, electrical, and acceptance testing of GIS products in accordance with applicable standards and customer specifications.
- Prepare, review, validate, and release factory test reports, inspection reports, and quality documentation for factory clearance activities.
- Develop and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), quality plans, test procedures, method statements, and risk assessments for project execution.
- Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and coordinate customer witness inspections to ensure successful project deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with IEC standards, customer requirements, internal quality procedures, and safety regulations.
- Identify quality concerns, analyze root causes, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve process performance.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, project management, and service teams to resolve testing and documentation issues.
- Promote a Safety-First culture by ensuring adherence to EHS requirements and identifying opportunities for risk reduction.
- Continuously improve testing, inspection, and documentation processes to enhance quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Your Background:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in GIS, High Voltage Switchgear, Substation Equipment, Factory Testing, Quality Assurance, or related manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) products, testing requirements, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience in routine testing, factory acceptance testing (FAT), inspection planning, and preparation of test documentation and reports.
- Good understanding of IEC standards, high-voltage testing practices, and electrical safety requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a multicultural global environment.
