Bzpp in Penukonda, Andhra Pradesh, India is seeking an experienced procurement and materials planning professional to manage material planning, PO management, and import operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries, BOM comprehension, and accurate inventory control.

Responsibilities include supplier coordination, customs clearance, and month-end production analysis.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in material planning and PO management.
• Hands-on SAP with escalation handling for abnormalities.
• Knowledge of BOM reading and consumption analysis.
• Experience with customs clearance and import documentation.
• Inventory management with FIFO adherence.
• Vendor coordination and logistics coordination.
• Understanding of JIT/JIS feeding systems.

Aufgaben

• Material ordering through PO and lead-time based planning.
• Coordinate customs clearance and container arrivals with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain stock and reconcile inventory (FIFO).
• Manage claims for rejection and AF.
• Order materials for new projects and monitor arrivals per timeline.
• Analyze production vs GR/GI during month-end close.
• Read BOM and perform consumption analysis against physical usage.
• Handle job-work parts ordering and material management.
• Manage EO changes and control of B/Out material orders.
• Operate SAP and escalate priority issues when abnormalities arise.

• Custom clearance & container plant arrival coordination with internal stake holders.
