Bzpp in India is seeking a cost accounting professional to manage standard cost revision, variance analysis, and material cost booking. The role focuses on preparing, validating, and releasing standard costs and ensuring GRIR accuracy to record material movements correctly.

You will analyse actual vs theoretical consumption, settle OS&D, backlogs with production, assist year-end inventory audit, and generate management reports including ageing inventories.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of experience in cost accounting/standard costing
• Hands-on in GRIR, COGI, WIP, and variance analysis
• Experience with inventory reporting and year-end audit support

Responsabilidades

• Yearly Revision of Standard Cost – Preparation, working & release
• Regular checking & ensuring availability of all standard cost to record material movement properly
• Variance Analysis Standard vs Actual
• Preparation of Variance Reconciliation Report
• Checking & Clearing GRIR on Regular basis
• Checking COGI, Backlogs including sub-con material & follow up with production department for clearing on time
• Analysis & Settlement of Key In & OS&D, Scrap Variance & PDI Settlement
• Absorption/Settlement of Retro Impact
• WIP Calculation, variance computation & settlement
• Analysis of actual material consumption versus theoretical consumption on continuous basis to bring control & accuracy in material cost booking
• Preparation of Other reports as per management requirement
• Assist in the year-end audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to inventory.
• Inventory Ageing reports
