Easy Passage in Lucknow invites an experienced German language instructor to lead A1–B2 classes for Hindi-speaking learners. The role focuses on practical language use, exam readiness, and student progress across modules.
The ideal candidate holds C1 or higher German certification, a DLL teaching qualification, and 2–3 years' classroom experience, including Goethe/telc exam coaching. Willingness to travel within Uttar Pradesh and deliver online or blended sessions is preferred.
Teach German language classes from A1 through B2 level to Hindi-speaking learners, delivering instruction in Hindi and/or English.
Prepare students for Goethe or telc certification examinations, including exam-format practice and mock assessments.
Deliver structured lessons following an agreed curriculum, covering grammar, vocabulary, speaking, listening, reading and writing.
Build in written communication practice from early levels, as students will require strong written German for professional certification.
Conduct regular assessments to track individual student progress and identify learners who need additional support.
Maintain attendance records and progress reports for each student and each cohort.
Support curriculum development and contribute to designing course materials suited to our learner profile.
Introduce occupational and workplace German vocabulary relevant to students' intended career paths.
Commit to seeing a cohort through a full learning cycle of approximately 1214 months, ensuring continuity of instruction.
Provide feedback to the management team on student readiness, pass rates and programme improvements.
Certified in German at C1 level or above (Goethe, telc, or SD). C2 preferred.
DLL (Deutsch Lehren Lernen) qualification or equivalent training in language teaching.
2–3 years of experience teaching German, including at B1 and B2 levels.
Demonstrable track record of students successfully clearing Goethe or telc B1/B2 examinations.
Fluent in Hindi and English, and comfortable delivering instruction even in Hindi.
Familiarity with exam formats and preparation strategies for Goethe and telc certifications.
Patient and structured, with the ability to take complete beginners through to professional working proficiency.
Willing to relocate to or travel within Uttar Pradesh. Candidates open to online or blended delivery are also encouraged to apply.
Able to commit to a full cohort cycle of approximately 12–14 months.
Exposure to medical, healthcare, or occupational German is a bonus, though not essential.
