Job summary

WE Language Institute in Trivandrum seeks a Senior German Teacher to deliver interactive language classes and develop learner-centered activities on-site at Bakery Junction campus.

You will plan lessons, prepare materials, assess progress, and provide targeted feedback while adapting methods for diverse learners. Senior candidates should have Germany experience; for Tutors, teaching in India is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach German effectively with strong language and teaching skills.
• Background in Education, knowledge of learning methodologies and classroom management.
• Experience in Tutoring and Training, supporting learners individually and in groups.
• Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1) and strong command of English and Malayalam for instruction and communication.
• Relevant degree or certification in German language, linguistics, education, or related field.
• Prior teaching experience in language institutes or schools is preferred.
• Senior position requires experience in Germany; Tutors may have India teaching experience.

Role Description

(Snr Teacher & Tutors) The German Teacher will deliver interactive, learner-centered German language classes that develop reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills across different proficiency levels. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering lessons as per the lesson plan, preparing teaching materials, assessing learner progress, providing individual feedback, and maintaining a active and interesting classroom environment. The teacher will also adapt instructional methods to diverse learning styles, participate in curriculum development, and contribute to internal training or meetings as needed. This is a full-time, on-site role based at WE Language Institute’s campus at Bakery Junction, Trivandrum.
