Job summary

Navayuga Engineering Company (NEC) invites a geologist to support major hydro power projects with extensive geological mapping, investigations, and data analysis.

You will compile reports, create maps, and present findings using GIS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office. Experience on large hydropower schemes, over 200 MW, ideally involving a Head Race Tunnel and underground powerhouse, is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in geological mapping and investigations for large hydro power projects.
• Proficient in GIS and AutoCAD or equivalent drafting tools.
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in geological mapping for hydro projects exceeding 200 MW, preferably with Head Race Tunnel and underground powerhouse.

Responsibilities

• Conduct geological mapping and investigations for large hydro power projects.
• Analyze geological data to support project design and construction.
• Utilize GIS and drafting tools for mapping and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on hydropower infrastructure (Head Race Tunnel, underground powerhouse).
