Support the DCN Legal Team within CGS independently in India in reviewing, redlining, drafting and negotiating, terms and conditions through Procurement contracts/sub - contracts, agreements and other documents relevant to Procurement domain; and negotiating NDAs, contracts, Statements of Work and other documents relating to various operating groups in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Authority: Requires minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
