Job summary

Reveille Technologies Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an AI/ML engineer with hands-on GenAI experience to build production-grade AI solutions. You will work with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and FastAPI, developing GenAI apps and integrating tools and APIs in enterprise contexts.

You will focus on prompt engineering, model evaluation, and SDLC/Agile practices to ship reliable AI features. Strong knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and RAG is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in AI/ML development and GenAI implementations.
• Strong Python programming skills with AI/ML workflows.
• Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers and GenAI concepts.
• Hands-on with LLMs (GPT, Azure OpenAI or equivalent).
• Experience building GenAI apps using LangChain/related tools.
• Knowledge of agentic AI, tool calling, planning and memory.
• Experience integrating tools, APIs, databases and enterprise services.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, vector stores and semantic search.
• Prompt engineering, structured outputs and function calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop GenAI applications and AI-powered developer tooling.
• Review and optimize AI-generated code; ensure security and quality.
• Design and implement REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Work with ML libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) for model building.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation and vector databases for QA tasks.
• Experiment with prompt engineering and context management strategies.
• Collaborate in SDLC/Agile teams to deliver AI features end-to-end.
• Integrate external tools, APIs, and enterprise services into GenAI workflows.
• Evaluate model performance, detect hallucinations, and improve response quality.

Job description

JD: experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, or related software development.

• Strong programming experience in Python and familiarity with AI/ML development frameworks and libraries.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Transformer-based architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs such as GPT, Azure Open AI or similar open source/commercial models.
• Experience building GenAI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, tool calling, planning, reasoning, memory, and multi-agent workflows.
• Experience developing AI agents and integrating external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise services.
• Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and document-based question answering.
• Understanding of prompt engineering, prompt optimization, structured outputs, function/tool calling, and context management.

• Experience in prompt engineering with AI-powered developer tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, Windsurf, or similar coding assistants.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding practices.
• Ability to review, validate, optimize, and secure AI-generated code.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Agile development methodologies.
