Job Title: Management Trainee, Master Data Management

Salary: ₹4.0 Lakhs – ₹12.0 Lakhs

Description

This role specializes in ensuring correct, green, and strategic manipulation of near‑real‑time records across key domains, including Customer Master, Vendor Master, and Product Master in SAP MDM techniques. The Management Trainee will leverage data governance expertise while working with cross‑functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Ownership and Governance: Ensure information consistency, accuracy, and integrity across SAP modules and systems.
• Process Execution and Quality Management: Execute day‑to‑day data control duties, perform regression tests, typical requests, and audits for factual accuracy.
• Training and Mentorship: Train and mentor team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support onboarding and upskilling of stakeholders.
• Reporting and Analytics: Generate and review performance metrics and propose actionable enhancements to improve data governance.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in roles such as Senior Team Member, Subject Matter Expert, or Associate Business Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
