Job summary

Genpact in India is seeking an Associate - F&A - MDM to manage master data with SAP, ensuring data quality and timely updates. You will own data processes, monitor SLAs, and implement improvements across customer and vendor records.

This role requires analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates hold finance-related degrees and relevant certifications, with experience in master data management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, commerce, economics or finance.
• Relevant certifications preferred (CDMP, CFA, CMA).
• Experience in master data management or SAP master data.

Responsibilities

• Follow defined SOPs and own performance for Master Data processes.
• Maintain Customer and Vendor master data in SAP; ensure SLA adherence.
• Plan workload, ensure timely updates and quality accuracy of records.
• Document learnings, update SOPs, and drive data quality KPIs.

Responsible for delivering all the tasks on-time, every-time. Ensure that the schedule is reviewed as circumstances change.
