Job summary

Unilever in India is seeking a shift-based Production Supervisor to lead a team of operators and support staff across day, evening, and night shifts.

The role focuses on meeting production targets, ensuring quality and safety, and driving continuous improvements through coaching and collaboration with cross-functional teams at the Madhya Pradesh plant in Chhindwara. The candidate should have 2–4 years of manufacturing experience in FMCG and be able to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a shift-based team.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MES and MS Office.
