Qualifications

• MBBS from a recognized medical college.
• Valid NMC or State Medical Council registration.
• Current license to practice medicine in India.
• BLS certification; ACLS is a plus.
• MD (General Medicine) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in family, emergency, internal medicine, or home healthcare.
• Geriatric care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home-visit medical assessments and consultations.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Prescribe medications and plan treatments.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, labs, pharmacists.
• Maintain accurate EMR and documentation.

Position Summary

We are seeking compassionate and experienced General Physicians to provide high-quality primary medical care through home visits and on-demand consultations. The physician will assess patients, diagnose illnesses, prescribe treatment, coordinate follow-up care, and determine when specialist referral or hospital admission is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical assessments during home visits.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Prescribe medications and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Provide preventive healthcare and health education.
• Manage common illnesses including fever, infections, hypertension, diabetes, respiratory conditions, gastrointestinal disorders, and minor injuries.
• Perform routine health check-ups and wellness examinations.
• Evaluate elderly patients and individuals with multiple chronic conditions.
• Coordinate with nurses, therapists, laboratory personnel, and pharmacists to ensure continuity of care.
• Review laboratory and diagnostic reports and communicate findings to patients.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and clinical documentation.
• Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and medical ethics.
• Refer patients to specialists or hospitals when higher levels of care are required.
• Participate in teleconsultations when assigned.

Required Qualifications

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Valid registration with the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council.
• Current license to practice medicine in India.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS); ACLS is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• MD (General Medicine) is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience in family medicine, emergency medicine, internal medicine, or home healthcare.
• Experience managing geriatric patients is preferred.

Experience
