Bgps Management Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Lead for a cement manufacturing plant. The role will oversee the QC function to ensure consistent quality of raw materials and finished cement, with responsibility for process quality monitoring and laboratory management across plant operations.

The incumbent will drive improvements in quality processes and coordinate with production teams to uphold standards.
