Job summary

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and extensive QA experience in RMC/construction, with a focus on cost control, material optimization, and supplier/testing audits. You will train teams and drive continuous quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost control (15%) by optimizing material usage and reducing production losses.
• Monitor and manage raw materials (10%) to maintain quality and consistency.
• Drive QC statistical analysis & mix design optimization (25%) to improve product performance and efficiency.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints (15%) with timely corrective actions.
• Support growth of Bangur Special products volume (15%) through quality and performance improvements.
• Conduct training & development (10%) programs for technical and operational teams.
• Manage audit, calibration & third-party testing (10%) to ensure compliance and standards.
