Desired Qualifications

Bachelors in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution.

Masters degree in similar field preferred.

Desired Experience

10+ years of experience in power plant operations and maintenance.

5+ years of leadership role, preferably in power plant.

Functional Skills

• Deep understanding of power plant operations and maintenance, including knowledge of boilers, turbines, generators, and other related equipment
• Proven track record of successful plant management and operational excellence
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional certification in power plant operations and maintenance
