Job summary

Gaurs Group is seeking a senior MEP lead to oversee operations, planning, and execution of building services across multiple projects in Ghaziabad, India. The role requires coordinating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and ELV systems with architecture and structural teams.

You will review drawings and specs, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Strong leadership and commercial awareness are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall MEP operations, planning, design coordination, and execution across multiple construction and real estate projects.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, fire alarm, ELV, and other building services.
• Review MEP drawings, technical specifications, BOQs, estimates, and design submissions to ensure coordination with architectural and structural requirements.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, resource planning, procurement coordination, and commercial performance of MEP works.
• Ensure project execution adheres to approved designs, quality standards, safety requirements, project schedules, and applicable statutory regulations.
• Coordinate with Project Execution, Design, Procurement, Planning, Consultants, Contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays and technical risks, and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion.
• Oversee contractor selection, technical evaluation, rate negotiations, work orders, and performance monitoring in coordination with relevant departments.
• Review project MIS, cost reports, progress updates, quality observations, and commissioning status, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop MEP teams while implementing standardized processes, technical best practices, energy-efficient solutions, and effective project controls.
