Job summary

THE Partners in India is seeking a plant operations leader to own and drive overall plant performance, ensuring production, quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives are met. You will lead core functions and establish KPI-based performance reviews, shaping a high-performing plant organization.

The role includes building the plant team, implementing SOPs and reporting structures, and setting up production, quality and maintenance systems to sustain long-term performance.

• Supporting plant commissioning/startup.
• Building the plant organization/recruiting key personnel.
• Establishing SOPs, system, processes/reporting structure.
• Setting up production, quality/maintenance system.

• Take complete ownership of plant operations/overall plant performance.
