Job summary

DHL Supply Chain India is looking for a senior technology leader to drive AI, data analytics, automation, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

The role develops the digital enablement roadmap, partners with business and IT, and implements scalable digital products. You will establish governance, measure impact with dashboards, and promote a culture of innovation and digital-first thinking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation, or related tech domains.
• Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Applications, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute the digital enablement roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Lead adoption and implementation of AI/Generative AI to drive efficiency and business value.
• Strengthen Data & Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decisions.
• Oversee lifecycle of scalable digital applications and products.
• Drive Intelligent Process Automation to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for AI, Generative AI, Data & Analytics, Digital Applications, Automation, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Develop and execute the digital enablement roadmap in alignment with DHL Supply Chain's overall business and technology strategy.
• Lead the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions to drive operational efficiency, innovation, and business value.
• Strengthen Data & Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and lifecycle management of scalable digital applications and products.
• Drive Intelligent Process Automation initiatives to improve productivity, process efficiency, and operational excellence.
• Lead digital transformation and innovation programs, ensuring successful adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI, analytics, automation, and digital solutions can create measurable business value.
• Ensure effective governance, prioritization, scalability, sustainability, and alignment of digital initiatives across the organization.
• Build strong collaboration between business, IT, digital, data, and technology teams to accelerate digital adoption.
• Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their applicability to DHL Supply Chain's business and operational environment.
• Establish appropriate performance metrics and dashboards to measure the impact and effectiveness of digital initiatives.
• Drive a culture of innovation, experimentation, continuous improvement, and digital-first thinking across the organization.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 12–15 years of experience in IT, Digital Transformation, Data & Analytics, AI, Automation, Digital Product Management, or related technology domains, with significant experience in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Qualification: Graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline from a recognized University/Institute. Postgraduate qualification in Management, Technology, or a related field will be preferred.
