The Role

The Role: As General Manager, you will serve as the operational and strategic anchor of the property. You will oversee all day-to-day functions—from front-of-house hospitality to back-of-house efficiency—fostering high team performance and driving sustained commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership:Direct end-to-end operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B) to maintain refined 4-star luxury standards.
• Strategic & Financial Growth:Drive top-line revenue, optimise RevPAR/ADR, manage operational budgets, and maximise profitability through sound financial planning.
• Team Leadership & Culture:Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management. Establish clear KRAs and ensure strict SOP adherence across all teams.
• Guest Experience:Champion a guest-centric culture, ensuring memorable stays and addressing guest feedback with precision and poise.
• Quality & Compliance:Maintain rigorous brand, health, safety, and operational standards to position the property among Rajasthan's premier destinations.

Candidate Profile

• Experience:Proven track record as a General Manager or Operations Manager in upscale/luxury boutique hospitality (pre-opening or repositioning experience is an advantage).
• Market Acumen:Strong commercial mindset with a deep understanding of P&L management, distribution channels, and regional market dynamics.
• Leadership:Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making skills with a hands-on, team-first approach.
• Education:Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Administration, or Business Management preferred.
