Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and experienced professionals for the position of Team Lead in Insurance Operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a team handling role, preferably within General Insurance or Commercial Insurance domains. This role demands strong leadership, process orientation, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals to meet operational targets and service level agreements.
• Drive team performance through daily monitoring, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance transactions related to General or Commercial Insurance.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze reports to monitor team metrics and productivity.
• Maintain high levels of quality and compliance with process and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate shift planning, team allocation, and ensure coverage during night operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years in a team handling capacity (mandatory).
• Strong domain knowledge and hands‑on experience in General Insurance or Commercial Insurance (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
