Wingify (and AB Tasty) is seeking a General Counsel / VP – Legal & Compliance to lead the global Legal & Compliance function from India, France, the US, and the UK.

You will build the legal infrastructure, advise the CEO and Board, and handle complex enterprise SaaS contracts, governance, privacy, and regulatory matters.

Ideal candidate has 12–18 years in senior in-house roles, LLB, and strong experience in technology law and privacy; French proficiency is a plus.

Qualificações

• 12–18 years of post-qualification legal experience, with significant senior in-house leadership experience.
• LLB or equivalent law degree required; LLM is a plus.
• Expertise in commercial contracting, technology law, privacy frameworks (GDPR, DPDP, CCPA), and corporate governance.
• Experience in global technology, SaaS, or software environments.
• French language proficiency and/or experience with European businesses is a strong advantage.
