Job summary

EY in Gurgaon invites applications for an Associate-Operations-Operations-CBS - FIN - Controlling-General Accounting role. The position focuses on expense reimbursement processes and finance operations within a dynamic client environment.

The ideal candidate has a commerce/commerce-related degree and at least 2+ years of SAP Concur experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI and M365 for reporting and coordination. Local India operations experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce, BBA, MCom or MBA required.
• SAP Concur experience of 2+ years.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; familiarity with Power BI and M365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in SAP Concur and MS Office with strong Excel skills for managing and checking high-volume expense reimbursement. Able to handle claimant queries, service requests, expense checking, payment validation, and cash advance recovery with accuracy. Experienced in processing cash surrender entries and supporting exit case clearance activities within finance operations. Skilled in tracking and following up on claims placed on hold due to deficiencies, ensuring timely resolution. Working knowledge of Power BI and M365 is an added advantage for reporting, documentation, and operational coordination.
