Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a GenAI Sr. Developer to join our team remotely from India (IN-KA area). You will design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and GenAI solutions across domains, building end-to-end AI pipelines and supervising model deployment and monitoring.

You will work with cross-functional teams, leverage frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and engage with clients to deliver high-value GenAI initiatives while staying current with AI advancements.

Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed College / University.
• 8+ years demonstrated using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science in multiple real projects.
• 2+ years strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years deep knowledge in Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Agentic systems, ML Ops / AI Infrastructure, LLM techs.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex Gen AI, AWS).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions across domains such as prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, CV, chatbots, and content intelligence.
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using TF, PyTorch, Keras, SpaCy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply statistics, ML, NLP, and generative models including GANs and Transformers.
• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate to design end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs for industry requirements.
• Communicate complex AI concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to deliver AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Stay updated with GenAI trends and contribute to NTT DATA’s GenAI platform and TechHub.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various domains, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots, and content intelligence platforms.

• Stay current with trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and related fields.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for NTT DATA’s global GenAI platform and TechHub.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Masters in AI from a reputed College / University
• 8+ years demonstrated using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science in multiple real projects that is not limited to their own personal development environment.
• 2+ years strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years deep knowledge in all of the following areas:
• 2+ years Predictive Analytics
• 2+ years Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• 2+ years Generative AI
• 2+ years Agentic systems
• 2+ years ML Ops / AI Infrastructure
• 2+ years strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Effective communicator capable of translating complex AI topics to stakeholders.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
