Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a GenAI Dev Lead to join our team in a remote capacity for India (IN-KA). The role focuses on developing and deploying GenAI, ML and NLP solutions across multiple domains, building end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.

You will work with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn to deploy advanced ML models, applying knowledge of transformers, RAG, and agentic frameworks to scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed college/university.
• 8+ years of Python and ML/data science experience in real projects.
• 2+ years building GenAI solutions, preferably with Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years in Predictive Analytics, ML/DL, Generative AI, Agentic systems.
• 2+ years experience with ML Ops/AI infrastructure and cloud AI services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions across domains (prediction systems, recommender systems, NLP, computer vision, chatbots).
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, ML, NLP, and generative models (GANs, transformers).
• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to industry needs.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver AI solutions that drive value.
• Stay current with GenAI trends and advancements in LLMs and related fields.
• Contribute to framework development for NTT DATA’s GenAI platform and TechHub.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various domains, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots, and content intelligence platforms.
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, and generative models including GANs and transformers.
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Support the development of GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to specific industry requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed College / University
• 8+ year demonstrated using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science in multiple real projects that is not limited to their own personal development environment.
• 2+ years strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years deep knowledge in all of the following areas:
• 2+ years Predictive Analytics
• 2+ years Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• 2+ years Generative AI
• 2+ years Agentic systems
• 2+ years ML Ops / AI Infrastructure
• 2+ years strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.

Soft Skills
