Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a GenAI Senior Developer to join our team remotely from India (Karnataka). You will lead design and delivery of GenAI/AI solutions across domains, building scalable models and pipelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You should have a Master's in AI, 8+ years Python ML experience, and 2+ years with GenAI, LLMs, and cloud AI services. This role offers impactful work and opportunities to shape our GenAI platform.

Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed college/university.
• 8+ years Python ML/data science across real projects.
• 2+ years building GenAI solutions with Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years in Predictive Analytics, ML/DL, Generative AI, Agentic systems, ML Ops/AI Infra.
• 2+ years experience with LLMs, embeddings, cloud AI services.
• 2+ years hands-on with Azure OpenAI, Vertex Gen AI, AWS AI services.

Responsibilities

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and GenAI solutions across domains.
• Build and deploy ML models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, SpaCy, scikit-learn.
• Apply ML/NLP/deep learning and generative models including GANs and transformers.
• Work with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Collaborate to design end-to-end AI pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Support GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs for industry needs.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to tailor AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Stay current with AI/GenAI trends and platforms.
• Contribute to GenAI framework and platform development at NTT DATA.

We are currently seeking a GenAI Sr. Developer to join our team in Remote, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, and implement AI/ML and Generative AI solutions across various domains, including prediction systems, recommendation engines, text analytics, computer vision, chatbots, and content intelligence platforms.
• Build and deploy advanced ML models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Spacy, and scikit-learn.
• Apply deep knowledge of statistics, machine learning, NLP, and generative models including GANs and transformers.
• Work with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement end-to-end AI pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
• Support the development of GenAI use cases, prototypes, and POCs tailored to specific industry requirements.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Engage with clients to understand business needs and deliver customized AI/ML solutions that drive value.
• Stay current with trends and advancements in AI, GenAI, LLMs, and related fields.
• Contribute to the development of frameworks, capabilities, and features for NTT DATA’s global GenAI platform and TechHub.

Minimum Qualifications

• Masters in AI from a reputed College / University
• 8+ years demonstrated using Python and relevant packages for ML and data science in multiple real projects that is not limited to their own personal development environment.
• 2+ years strong fundamentals in building GenAI solutions, preferably using Agentic frameworks.
• 2+ years deep knowledge in all of the following areas:
  • 2+ years Predictive Analytics
  • 2+ years Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • 2+ years Generative AI
  • 2+ years Agentic systems
  • 2+ years ML Ops / AI Infrastructure
• 2+ years strong understanding of LLM technologies, embedding models, cloud-based AI services, and AI/ML operations.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with cloud-based AI platforms, including Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex Gen AI, and AWS AI services.

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
• Effective communicator capable of translating complex AI topics to stakeholders.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
