Job summary

EXL Talent Acquisition Team seeks a GenAI Engineer in Gurugram with 3-6 years of experience to drive GenAI pipelines and build intelligent AI solutions.

You will work on managing GenAI production pipelines, crafting LLM-based workflows with LangChain, and implementing RAG architectures using Pinecone for semantic search and retrieval.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in data science, applied ML, or GenAI role.
• Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch.
• Practical experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, LangChain, and prompt-driven workflows.
• Strong understanding of RAG patterns, vector embeddings, and vector databases.

Responsibilities

• Manage GenAI models production pipelines, debug defects and provide root cause analyses.
• Build and orchestrate LLM-based workflows using LangChain, including prompt engineering and pipeline design.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector DBs like Pinecone.
• Handle document ingestion and extraction workflows for unstructured data (PDFs, forms) using AWS Extract and GenAI techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define data requirements and metrics.
• Present findings and insights through visualizations and reports to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on Generative AI trends, tools, and best practices.
• Mentor junior team members and foster continuous learning.

In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills, machine learning expertise, and Generative AI capabilities to manage Gen AI pipelines / workflows, extract insights from unstructured datasets, build intelligent AI solutions, and contribute to the development of innovative, scalable systems that enhance our products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage GenAI models production pipelines to debug defects and provide root cause assessments.
