Job summary

Umanist India in Pune (Viman Nagar) seeks a GenAI Engineer with 4.5+ years of Python experience to build production LLM apps and design robust RAG architectures. You will work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, and Hugging Face, leveraging Azure OpenAI/AWS Bedrock and vector stores like Pinecone/Weaviate/Milvus. Docker and CI/CD experience, plus some leadership, are desired.

Qualifications

GenAI Engineer (4.5+ yrs) – Pune (Viman Nagar)

Position requires 4+ years of experience in Python, building production LLM applications, and designing RAG pipelines/architecture. Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, DSPy, Hugging Face and cloud-based LLM services such as Azure OpenAI and AWS Bedrock is essential. Experience with vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate or Milvus, as well as Docker, CI/CD, and team leadership responsibilities is desired. Salary: negotiable.

Qualifications
