Python & AI Application Developer (LLM / GenAI)

Role Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Python & AI Application Developer with 2–4 years of experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining AI‑powered applications. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience with Python programming, Large Language Model (LLM) APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.), web application development, cloud hosting, and modern AI application frameworks. The candidate will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting GenAI applications that solve real business problems across sales, operations, analytics, customer service, and knowledge management.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

• Design and develop scalable applications using Python.
• Build web applications and APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Develop AI‑powered solutions using LLM APIs.
• Integrate applications with databases, enterprise systems, and third‑party APIs.
• Build user‑friendly interfaces using Streamlit, React, or similar technologies.

AI & LLM Development

• Integrate and optimize OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and other LLM APIs.
• Develop Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality.
• Build document processing and knowledge search solutions.
• Develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions.
• Optimize token consumption, response quality, and application performance.

Data & Database Management

• Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, DuckDB, or similar databases.
• Develop ETL and data ingestion pipelines.
• Handle structured and unstructured data.

Cloud & Deployment

• Deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Manage application hosting and monitoring.
• Configure CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Docker containers and cloud‑native deployment approaches.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and performance.

Maintenance & Support

• Troubleshoot application issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Monitor production applications.
• Implement logging, auditing, and security controls.
• Provide technical support and enhancements.

Required Technical Skills

• Programming: Strong proficiency in Python, good understanding of OOP, experience with REST APIs.
• AI / GenAI: Experience working with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude APIs, Gemini APIs, Azure OpenAI (preferred), Prompt Engineering, RAG Architecture, Vector Databases, AI Agents and Tool Calling.
• Frameworks: FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, Django (optional).
• Databases: SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQLite, DuckDB.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Git & GitHub, CI/CD pipelines.
• Front‑End (Preferred): HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Streamlit UI Development.

Desired Skills

• Experience building enterprise AI applications.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks.
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate.
• Understanding of security and authentication mechanisms.
• Experience integrating SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, or ERP systems.
• Experience in data analytics and dashboard development.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications in AI, Cloud, or Python will be an advantage.
